Refund Policy

At Renderly AI, we are committed to providing our customers with the best possible service and experience. However, we understand that there may be times when a refund is necessary. Our refund policy is as follows:


To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at rajatpiplewar@gmail.com. Our team will review your request and provide instructions on how to proceed with the refund process. Please note that refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe after the refund request has been received and approved.


There are certain situations where we may not provide a refund, including but not limited to:

  • If more than 3 days have passed since the purchase
  • If the service has been used or accessed to a significant extent (If the customer has generated more than 30 designs)
  • If the customer is unable to provide proof of purchase
  • If the customer is in violation of our terms of service
  • If the charge resulted from a 7-day trial subscription.
  • If the charge resulted from a rebill (1 month after the initial purchase)

This refund policy is subject to change at any time without notice. By purchasing or using the services of Renderly AI, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this refund policy.
